Lowe's publishes a standing military discount: ten percent off eligible personal purchases every day, for current and honorably discharged members of the US Armed Forces who enroll online. That is a different shape from a one-weekend holiday promo. You attach the program to your Lowe's account; once verified, the discount applies at checkout. We print ten percent because Lowe's corporate newsroom page states it. We do not invent a list of excluded categories or a stack-with-coupon rule — those live on the current terms. The unused pile is a veteran who already has a Lowe's account and never enrolled, or someone who waits for a Memorial Day banner that is weaker than the everyday program.
